Used #4 yarn to make it smaller.

No reason not to do the appendages ITR also. Used size 6 needle for them.

I did the head & ears exactly as directed.

For the arms & feet, I CO 7 stitches & worked rounds 4-15 even on 20 stitches, did one round of K1, K2 together down to 13 stitches. Then I did one more even round before binding off (instead of gathering the remaining stitches).

I used size 9 needles for the body & I thought I CO 100 stitches, but when I went to bind off, I had 95 stitches. I knit to 14” & did a 3 needle BO.

I tried 3 times to embroider his nose & it still looked wonky, so I cut out a felt heart & sewed that on instead. I did French knot eyes, using bulky black yarn.

Pattern didn’t call for it, but I made a small tail with the yellow Pom Pom maker.
