Using a US 5, 3.75 mm prewashed gauge is 21 st per 4”, 31 rows per 4”. After washing gauge is 20 st per 4”, 29 rows. The swatch stripes are wider than they will be with the greater stitch count of a sweater.

Bought the pattern March 16.

Fun fact 10 yards mid ball 1 weighs about 3.5 grams and knits about 3 rounds the body after sleeves are split off.

Gauge prewash 20 st = 3 3/4 - 3 7/8” 30 rows = 3 1/2”

130 rounds of sleeve. Started with pattern decreases but the sleeve was too big so changed to first decrease Rnd 3, then 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 90.
Decreased to 52 stitches. 8 rounds of 2x2 ribbing.
