How I did the eyes:

White: rounds 1 & 2 as written - with 2 strands

Round 3: sc 2, 2 sc in next stitch around = 24 stitches
Round 4: sc 3, 2 sc in next stitch around = 30 stitches

Finish, leave long tail for sewing.

Color (Blue): rounds 1 & 2 as written - with 1 strand

Round 3: as above.

Finish, leave long tail for sewing.

Black: rounds 1 and 2 as written - with 2 strands

Finish, leave long tail for sewing.

Twinkle: as written

Stack and sew together.

Eyelid: from the wrong side of the white portion of your stacked and sewn together eye. Using 2 strands of body color.

SC 14 stitches (I did this starting from the finish off point) It should take you from midline to midline.

Slip one stitch

TURN
skip 1 (the slip stitch), slip 1, sc 12, slip 1, slip 1 into the edge of the white eye

TURN

skip 1 (the slip stitch into the eye), slip 2, sc 10, slip 2

Finished.

I just wove a double strand of that fuzzy/eyelash yarn through the edge for eyelashes and sprayed them with hairspray to shape them.
