Row 2: K, slipping last stitch

Repeat rows 1 & 2

Tried the Two Row Bind Off, p 180 of Cast On, Bind Off. The edges matches the slipped stitch selvedge, but the bind off would blend better with seed stitch (which would also make a nicer looking border.)
