Love. It’s really comfortable. I dropped the sweater while wet blocking so it did stretch, but not too far off row gauge. It’s very comfortable and nice and warm.
Thank you Iris!

Done. Blocking. Unblocked it fits quite well. I think I like the length as it’s where I tend to push the sleeves to anyway.

First cuff in progress. Somewhere between 3/4 and bracelet sleeve length. I keep pushing up my sleeves so I’m curious what I’ll think of this length.

slowly sleeves grow. One day I’ll get off this sleeve island and have a finished sweater. Will I weave in the ends?

finished first ball on first sleeve on the way up to Rhinebeck. Started other sleeve.

Sleeve progress. 16g per sleeve of ball 1 then blend in the second.

The bottom ribbing is slow for me to work (combination style) but it looks really nice. I will probably do the sleeves plain because I prefer that.
I made a tiny mod: I added some (two) short rows before the ribbing as I really dislike sweaters riding up in the back. I worked one round plain before starting the ribbing.

Body! Plain stockinette!

As the pattern fully emerges I can’t wait to get to the body.

Due to distractions, I’ve needed to reknit nearly every other repeat section for a bit, but the design is well laid out and the pattern makes sense.

A design that requires my focus is helpful while I attempt to process all that’s happening.

Slow and steady.

My gauge is loose so I went down several sizes. I swatched in single color in the round (using Milli's technique), I know my colorwork is a little bit tighter. I like the fabric I’ve created so I’m going with that.
I’m working the 34-38 in size. Sleeve length to be determined.
