I got 11-12 st. per 4” even on smaller ndls, so i knit a size m to get L.
Thought the sleeves too wide to my taste, so i did only 50 st. for sleeves - still quite big.

Used the pattern for dimensions and stitch counts. I didn’t follow knitting directions.
Knit it top down, in the round, provisional cast on for shoulders, with 2 extra steek stitches for armholes.

cut for armholes is 34 cm/50 stitches around.
Sleeves: decr. 2 st. about every 3 cm, 7 times till 36 st. Did 2x2 rib for cuffs on larger needles, so no increasing st here.

sleeve length: 5 cm. shorter than body.

color swatching took a lot of time but it was worth it.
The fabric - 1 thread of alpaca sports yarn and two kid silk lace - is a dream. Light, soft and warm, and quite delicate i’m afraid. Let’s see how long it’ll last. update 2023: not very long. It was too fluffy and not warm enough. Hardly wore it. Felted it in 2022, cut the arms off, cut the sides open and now it’s a shoulder warmer.
