Fisherman’s rib in pinkerty pinks. One brutally hot rainbow and one pastel salmon. Both screaming polyester.
co 12 st. + 2 selvedge st. with two sport weights on 6 mm ndls.
stitch pattern:
K1 (tog with the yo); YO + sl 1 purlwise. Rep. till end.
2 elvedge st:
Every first st., slip purlwise wyif.
Every last st., knit.
Set up row is almost the same: the one to knit is of course not yet with a yo.
I’ve seen variations where the two rows are worked differently (and of course aren’t identical), and you easily get distracted as to which row it is you’re working, or ones where you basically purl all the purls and slip the knits. I prefer my variation where i don’t purl at all. It’s just mindless knitting. Perhaps it’s not real fisherman’s rib but it is really squishy and i like it.
