A really sweet little cardigan! But, I’m only knitting the yoke plus a hood -> together a poncho.

Baby size (I reckon:) 112 stitches, 14 pattern repeats.
Worsted? Aran? Bulky? I’m guessing all three.
Practicing Norwegian purl again. Very good technique for corrugated ribbing continental style. Two yarns in one hand, the purl yarn left (“down”), they never get tangled.

Now i need to make me a gadget for measuring WPI’s, so i can identify the weights of this heap of donated yarns.
Shouldn’t be too difficult.

The hood looks weird. I should say, it has to go entirely… make a bigger one and leave the corrugated ribbing out. But I don’t have the yarn to do it again.

So do it differently.

No more kitties, houses or moons on the hood. This time: color blocks. Still not the best hood, making it a somewhat silly poncho, but I trust someone out there will like it. I’m calling it done.

Saving weaving in ends till the next get together - it’s about the only knitting job i can do while chatting.
