This is hand dyed yarn that I did specifically for this project. This yarn starts out thin and crispy but once blocked becomes soft and full yet still airy. I really like how it takes the dye.

March 2013: I finished and blocked it and the yarn just bloomed wonderfully.

There is a nice depth to the shawlette at its widest point and is very striking when worn. However it still feels quite delicate and light.
