WIP, so far I have just started my second ball of pink and my second ball of white (100 gram balls). I am a newbie so the instructions of the decreasing part of lace made no sense to me without further clarification. However, after the first few rows, the pattern is surprisingly easy. In saying that, as a newbie, yes I am still counting counting counting even if it is only to 9 is surprisingly difficult with company. I have made the odd mistake but I think it looks okay. If I had my time again I would have chosen different yarn. This yarn is not that snuggly. As with other reviewers, my piece is only 31 inches (79cm) wide at present. I am hoping it widens with ironing.

Update 28/8/13 Up to 3rd ball of white and 3rd ball of pink. Up to the 10th lacy part and it now measures nearly a metre.
