Pattern calls for 2 oz “medium weight yarn” which is Sport/DK weight in modern terms. Not exactly sure what mine is (mystery stash yarn) but it falls in that weight category.

This is an amazing pattern worked all in double knitting! I have some fun ideas for decorating too (à la I <3 the 80’s).

4/13 - knitting as been done for awhile but stalled on the “moment of truth” in stuffing it. It now has a pipe cleaner skeleton and is all closed up. Just needs face embroidery and hair.

5/30 Still on hold while completing other projects with deadlines, hope to finish this off soon.
