This is a very easy and quick knit! It only took me approximately 3 hours! It makes great gifts and charity knit.
Size S, I made mine 7.5” tall, using 1 skein of Knit Picks Biggo with approximately 4 yards leftover.

I love the pattern stitch. It may look complicated, but it’s really VERY easy to knit.
I also love the BO. It gives a very subtle “frill”.

Not only it’s a cowl but it can be worn as a head cover as well. The opening on the top is just PERFECT for when one have their hair up.

Sometime in November, I was knitting a shawl, and was short on Bulky yarn. It is with a heavy heart that I frogged this lovely cowl so I can save my shawl.
