Spend this whole morning selecting yarn and swatching. Since this is gonna be a gift, yarn gotta be easy care.
Finally decided on Knit Picks Simply Cotton Sport as it gives the gauge that I needed (4.5 sts/6 rows per inch), and it’s light and gives very good drape. Very “summer-like”!

Working on increase for body.

This is a very well written pattern. Clear, easy to follow, and a quick stylish knit. Perfect for those over-air-conditioned buildings. Love it!
