The pattern says to make it 25 inches.
I made it that but it seemed too long. So I shortened slightly, but you know what? Now I’ve been wearing it it’s stretched to exactly 25 inches.
So I guess make it a wee bit shorter to account for stretch (can’t remember how much I took out- maybe 2 inches?).

This means it sits snugly around the neck instead of drooping too far (don’t let the nasty cold air in please!)

This is a cute and simple pattern. For the yarn, I frogged my very first scarf which was a bit ugly tbh! This is nicer I think. Also I used my first spit splice to join yarn and it is magical! :)
New spit splicer for life, lol!

Oh and one more thing I changed- I took out 2 stitches (used 18 instead of 20) so each side of the scarf would end in the same stitch (hope this makes sense!). I think it looks nicer and more symmetrical.
