Knit using a bag of old tapestry wool that I spliced together to create a sort of gradient. Fun pattern, love the seahorse but they came out a bit large. Could be that I never have any fucks to give about gauge or swatching, or yarn weight or trying things on as I go? Anyhoo, would make mittens again but next time maybe a more regular pattern and definitely no more splicing every 10 feet.
