I ended up using full mini-skeins of five colors, only partial of Smalt and New Lawn, and a couple grams of fresh skeins of some colors for the arms.
body -- 310 st stockinette. x 1.4 = 434.

Repeat is up to 52 st. 416. Increase 24 st at end of yoke to 432.

underarms -- 24 each

131 front and back; 85 per sleeve at division, total top of sleeve is 109, reduce down to 62 or so.

Body size — starts at 310, increased to 312 at underarms with an additional purl stitch increasing the underarms to 25.

At 4” body, increase two stitches per size, 316.

At about 7”, increase two inches per side and one in the middle, total 322 (one purl seam, 160 front and back).

With labels, 7 mini skeins of colors, 43.33g before bottom border.

G-uld NZ 2.75mm -- 7 st/11 Rows/1” stockinette.

Sleeves — reduced down to 64, then 60 at the ribbing. Probably should have switched to smaller needle, wrists a tad loose.

Sweater 295g total. 41g left of 5th skein of MC. 59g used of 7 colors.

About 230 used MC, 60 CCs.

Neck -- reduced 128 stitches to 120 (reduced one every 15th stitch) and used 2.25mm needles and single ribbing for six rows, tubular bind-off).
