20080908 Using the EXTERMIKNIT! pattern photos as an inspiration.

20080914 Frogged and restarted. Now using a photo of a Dalek and MS Excel to figure out how many stitches I need to begin the pattern I want to use for the lower body.

Knitting the gray with two strands of the red heart soft.

Learned bobbles! Bobbling along nicely, adding a strand of the moonlight mohair to each bobble.

20080928 Need to weave in an end or two and take some photos and it’ll be done.

I used a button for the “eye”, and one shaped like a bee for my own general amusement. The appendages have pipe cleaners in them, and the bottom was stiffened with a piece of plastic canvas. I also added a small weight inside it to keep it from easily tipping over.
