Used up some odds and ends of yarn to make a hat for my cubicle mascot at work, Merv the Vulture.

Modeled after a hat worn by Jayne Cobb in one epsiode of the short lived but much loved TV series, Firefly.

I’ll get a photo of him in this hat with a proper camera some day if I can pry him out of my cubicle and out into the sun. Couldn’t decide if he needed a scarf, too, or not. Would Jayne wear a scarf? If his mom made it for him, he probably would.
