Inspired by Knittah’s Cthulu Ate My iPod.

Mainly knitted, but I used my limited crochet skills to form the window around the control wheel. If I’m using the cozy it’s usually going to be while listening to music rather than watching the screen. So it’s designed for the nano to drop in upside down, with the earphone port and controls at the top.

The handle unbuttons on one side to allow for fastening it through a purse strap or belt loop. I wanted it to look a little like a tentacle when unbuttoned.

I also used a little crochet around the edge of the front flap and i-cord around the body of the cozy that continues to form the handle.
