Adapted from a tea cosy pattern, but with 84 st CO, and knit in the round.

Yellow ‘seeds’ = 14 yellow st (with red st tucked behind) at 6-st. intervals (I did 4 rows total, adding 5 red rows between each “seed’ row).

Green ‘leaf cap’ = Began adding green 7 lower arms of 12-st. repeats, then added two on each side for following rows. After one row of all green, I decreased by doing one k2tog at the beginning of each leaf part, and then k all the next row, then decreased like so.

After decreasing to the point where using circ was too difficult, I switched to dpns and I-corded the top, continuing to decrease until I had 3 st, bound off and sewed it into the curly-cue.
