I am adapting this pattern to make a couple of pillow shams. Chained 111 for a kingsize pillow, for 49 rows with a sc border.

For the back, I did 2 sections beginning with a chain of 56, for 49 rows with a sc border.

I joined the 3 sections with a round of sc.

Ruffle border:
Rnd 1: 4 tr in each sc around with 3 tr in corners
Rnd 2: tr in each tr around

I added 5 buttons to the back for closure. This project took a LOT more yarn than I’d thought.

It finished my king size ensemble and I’m not sure I’m totally in love with everything but I like it all well enough and I’m glad to be done.
