I like the way that the bottom and the tips of the sleeves look without folding over so i’m going to leave them as is. the black rolls over on itself and makes a kind of edge. Just going to use buttons.

finished the buttonband, now I just have to put buttons on. man, this was kind of scary with the steeks. found 2 loose threads even though we did a 3 row sewn steek! I’m not sure i’ll steek again. Also, I did a turned hem to hide the whole steeked part as I could see it on the inside of the collar as it folded over and I dind’t like it. now it looks neet.

October 22nd. STEEKED!!! Holy crap it’s steeked!
:D Thank you dear husband, lord of the sewing machine.

April 12th: This is blocking, and I want to steek it this weekend!!
EEEKKK! i’m getting so close to the actual steek part!! i’m so so worried about that!

This is fitting FANTASTIC! :D

When I was a kid, I had a San Jose Sharks Jacket. NOT cause I loved sports, I never cared for them. BUT, the jacket was turquoise, and the shark logo was white and black. My favorite colours! So, this is my tribute to my old long gone sharks jacket! :D

Feb 27th. Attached sleeves to body. Started working on the first chart.

Feb 24th. Lower body done. Started on first sleeve.

Made it to about 7 inches into the body.

Had to start over because it was way huge! so, I went down a needle size. using 3 and 4.

OK, I changed my mind about what reward project I was going to knit. I’m knitting this!

I’ve been kind of in a slump these days. I’ve just been working on my beekeepers, a few odds and ends… I have some finished objects that I have to take pictures of still… I didn’t like what I saw in the last set I took, so I never posted them.
I kept thinking that I make such awesome stuff (credit to the patterns and the yarn!) and then put them on me and I ruin them.

well, last week, I finaly! finaly! got myself together. I’ve been using the Lose It app and I love it! coupled with a diet plan that I traded for, I’m well on my way to reforming myself!

This is my first 5 pounds reward knit. :)
