Fits my husband perfectly even though my gauge didn’t match the pattern specs. I had him try it on and he kept looking at himself! (Reminds me of a peacock preening in front of the mirror.)

The yarn is DK weight and I used US size 5 needles. I followed the pattern directions exactly and did not make any mods. The finished product had negative ease and that’s what ended up making it fit so well on the hubby.

I think from now on I’ll knit all his sweaters with negative ease.
