11/29 - OK, caved and bought a Vita (black friday discounts couldnt be ignored). Wasting the day on video games. Sue me.

12/9 - Finished last night! Wore them today and they are so warm and the way the fingers are split is actually kinda handy.

I sewed some elastic thread around every other row (for about 5 rounds) - hopefully this will keep the gloves snug at the wrist.

I had to finagle the spot where the thumb joins to the rest of the glove. I don’t know if I didn’t pick up the stitches correctly or tightly enough, but I ended up with big gaps on both attempts. I just strategically wove the long-tail of the joined yarn in and out of the loose spots to fill in the space. It turned out well. Wish I could figure out what I did wrong, though…
