Notes

This scarf was great to knit. The yarn was fantastic…I’m not sure why it gets bad reviews… I kinda liked the tiny twigs you have to occasionally pull out. It does seem like it would be too scratchy to wear against the skin, but after some research, I’ve decided to soak it for a bit in cool water with some hair conditioner. I’m hoping that will soften it up. Anyway, the colors in this yarn are so beautiful…often I would stay up much longer to knit just to see how the color would change next.
The pattern was easy to follow, but it takes a little time to commit to memory…once you do, it’s a breeze. I knit 3 stitches on either end of each row….I’m hoping that will help with its tendency to roll inward. We shall see - it’s blocking now!

2 full skeins of the Kureyon (minus what I used for 10-inch tassles) gave me a solid 5 feet…I may gain even more after blocking.
