This is a scarf I am putting together as the 2019 MLB season progresses, chronicling the NY Mets. The rules are simple:

1. Blue is for Mets, Orange for the opponent, contrasting color to separate the games.
2. Knit the final score of the game with the “visiting” team color knit first, one row per run. I recommend moss stitch or rib for the sake of being reversible.
3. Separate the game with 1 or 2 rows of contrasting color. (I used 2.)
4. Consider adding an embellishment for games you attend, for example adding a button.

All that said, I cast on 50. I’ll draft a formal pattern this summer!
