I won this yarn and pattern about 2 years ago, I think it was a contest through interweave. Due to moving to another state, it was hiding in the bottom of my to knit pile. Due to covid, I had some time to clean up and organize my knitting stuff and found this again today. Just caked the yarn, it feels super soft, and I love the color. Casting on now, I should clean my kitchen now, but the yarn calls me.

Update, so far it is an easy project, half way through the second repeat. It is written quite cumbersome for a basic pattern, and there is an overload of markers that have no use. I would rewrite is with a lot less markers. Using the German short row method instead of the wrap and turn.

Update 2 I omitted all even numbered markers, except for #20. I used a small safety pin in stead of a stitch holder, that was less bulky. It got boring after 1 repeat. I ran out of yarn during the bind off, luckily had a similar color yarn I could use in my stash.
