This used very little yarn, I only used half the kit that I bought. It’s my first time using LOFT and it’s so soft and spongey!

This is my first time really “getting” stranded color work. It was very hard to not knit too tight since I like to knit AFAP (as fast as possible) and for this I had to slow way down. The tips on Paper Tiger helped me.

I knit the body on metal size 4’s circulars and was finally able to get a good lose gauge. I knit the cuff on size 3’s and the i-cord on size 2’s.

Made two mods:

• Knit the i-cord finish in the opposite direction (so I knit according to the instructions but I had the WS facing me). This eliminated a “seam” that was visible from the outside where the MC and CC are being knit together.

• Used ktbl instead of yo’s in the cuff because I didn’t want a lace look. To compensate for a tighter gauge I also worked the cuff over 48 sets instead of 40.
