I made a second squashed frog - almost identical to the first I had made - to test the pattern.

2.5mm hook for the tongue, 3.5mm for everything else.

DK for the tongue, aran yarn for everything else.

65g of main, 7g of black, 6g of white, 6g of yellow, 2g of red.

12mm safety eyes - this time I used the 2-coloured ones (black pupil and brown iris).

I used 300g of HDPE pellets to fill the body. I made a small bag using the top part of an old pair of tights, placed it (empty) inside the body after Round 34 was done. Once Round 36 was completed I filled that bag with HDPE pellets using a funnel until the body was nice and round (please see pictures). I closed the top of the bag with a knot, finished the last 2 rounds of the body and hid the knot inside the body before the hole was closed.
