I didn’t enjoy making this as much as I thought I would. For some reason couldn’t get the gauge right and took it apart a few times. I got bored with the pattern and with a baby, it took almost a year to complete! Mostly because I kept starting other projects. Finally finished it up and realized I must have been following the child size directions (or my guage was REALLY off) because the width was 36”, no wonder it seemed small for an adult! Added 4 rows of DC to each side and with the sc edging I was able to get it to the 46”. It doesn’t look as bad as I thought it would. The ears were annoying to attach, I kept putting them on lopsided, too far back etc. Overall it’s cute but not sure if I will make another, especially since it was a pricey project.
