I promised my mum to make her a blanket in a color combination of her choice. She chose shades of blue. I didn’t find enough shades,but I found the beautiful wavy blue I am using right now. So I will use it as the base ‘color ‘ and use white instead of the other colors.

I can’t believe it! I successfully finished the first hexagon. it’s amazing. the pattern is lovely and I enjoyed watching every row and the soft color transformation from one shade to another. I can’t wait to finish this blanket.

1 hexagon away from ending this project, yarn runs out (story of my life ) in the middle of lockdown. So I have to take a break till the store reopens and I get some more.

Yey. I stayed up all night to get a 10 minute shopping slot in the store where I bought the yarn. I needed one skein. Bought 3,I am not taking any more chances. Now, back to action
