A very simple and fast flower with the possibility of making it small and tiny or expanding it as wide as you like.
I loved having 2 different colors for the flower.
After I finished the flower I moved on to the next step: putting it in a square, to add it to my afghan: A meadow of Spring Flowers.
So my first step was to stop expanding the flower when its circle got 36 stitches around. Next, I started my square: chain 3, 2Dc Chain 2 and 2Dc in the same stitch (one corner done ). DC, 2HDC,2SC in same stitch, SC,2HDC , DC,and we’re back at a new corner.
The next row was just DCs all around, with 2Dcs chain 2 and 2Dcs in the same stitch.
I will make many more with different colors. I love it.
