I saw this tutorial on YouTube and I would like to try it.
I bought this fluffy, generic yarn from the local market. I mixed it with pure cotton and pure wool also from the local market, to make this simple square.
I am so in love with these small projects

It’s finished. I think I made a mistake by using mohair. It is very difficult to tackle.Having said that, the contrast of the beige mohair with the off white cotton gives the square a royal and classic feel.
I will have to stop at one square for the time being without actually making anything with it. On the one hand, it’s a difficult square, and on the other hand, I am on a ‘small projects ‘ quest.
Off to a new project.

Sorry, I changed my mind. I loved this pattern so much that I decided to make at least a money purse with it. It’s an insult to the pattern to leave it as a useless block in a cupboard. And since it’s a difficult block (due to my choice of yarn),I kept it simple, with only 2 squares and some picots. Now I have an exquisite money purse to carry everywhere with me.
NOW, I can move on to my next project.
