My plan was to make a cute little rabbit that would knit up quickly. To achieve that goal, I decided to use this super bulky yarn and modify a rabbit pattern to knit it in the round, thereby bypassing all of the time spent seaming.

Like most well laid plans, that didn’t work out. After several attempts, I frogged the whole thing and decided to just knit the smaller rabbit, but with the super chunky yarn and 6 mm straight needles.

09/12/2010 all knitted up and looking rather adorable! As i came back from giving it to my friend, there was a brown bunny in my mom’s laneway. i took that as an omen that the bunny kingdom was giving their blessing for this little bunny.
