This is your basic oven towel, this one has a Christmas theme. I’ve made these things for years.

You basically cut a kitchen towel in half and crochet the top and add a button to hang it from your stove.

The towel takes about an hour to two hours to make and they make handy hostess gifts or a gift for your doctor for example. I also use them to put in gift baskets.

If you’re handy with crochet you can also make a fancy pattern instead of the plain crochet.
