I wasn’t sure about this as I was knitting it up. I wondered if the finished fabric, in DK rather than sportsweight, might be too firm, but I like the way it has come out.

I knit the smallest size and there’s masses of room for my UK size 10 bod.

I did have to make it longer than specified. The smallest size is supposed to be 31cm from the underarm before you start the decrease row. I made mine 35cm.

I also made the band in a K1P1 rib rather than garter stitch as I wanted to be sure it wasn’t going to be too wide.
