Notes

Used the heart motif from this square (excellently written and charted) for the bodices, except in edging I skipped both chains of ch-2 at point of heart, then continued on with chains and sc every other stitch - this way the sides were symmetrical.

Added jayg grannies to make apron skirts and used same edging on skirts. For waist ties I attached yarn w sl st, chained 60, 2 dc in 4th ch from hook, 2 sl st in sides of last dc made, sl st in same st as 2 dc, sl st in each remaining ch, sl st in st where yarn attached. For neck ties attached yarn with sl st, ch 21, sl st to other side, sl st in each ch, sl st in st where yarn attached.

When making the first one (beige, yellow, coral)I didn’t read the instruction in pattern that said to change to smaller hook when working the edging so that edging and ties were done with E hook, but for the white one I switched to B hook for edging and ties and I like it better.
