Gauge: 5.75 sets per inch using 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 needles.
That seems to be small needles for DK weight yarn.

Worked the pattern as written but used larger needles and the size came out perfect for an adult.
I will make another with the small needles to see if I get one the size for a child.
