12/8: Restarted this pattern. It is going good now.
2/4 : Finished the afghan part.
2/5 : Begin the leaf border
This pattern isn’t hard once you memorize all of the twists for the trees. It is very labor intensive.
I don’t think I would make another one.
I really didn’t like making the flower garden. If I make another one I think I would substitute the diamonds for the flowers.
Now 188 inches of leaves to knit for the border.
2/24/14: Started sewing on the leaves. Had 122 inches so I still have more to knit before the border will be finished.
3/2/14: Finished with putting the border on the body of the afghan. I am so glad to be finished. I thought it would never end. I knitted leaves, leaves, leaves until I thought I would turn into a leaf.
