Second try - with a slightly changed nose. I think this one works better, because it’s more rounded (which is probably partly due to the changed pattern, partly to the softer yarn).

Again I skipped the teeth - I tried to insert some (made from white pipe-cleaner); this actually looked ok, but the poor hippo couldn’t close its mouth anymore, so I decided to take them out again. A problem yet to be solved.
