I used all of the mulberry bush yarn I had, which was 6 skeins or 654 yards. According to the original pattern, 650 yards should make a blanket of 32.5”x43.3”. I used the hook and yarn weight the pattern indicated, but my 654 yards yielded a blanket of only 28”x32”, so I am not happy!

I picked up a skein of charisma yarn in “red” (it looks very cranberry and matches the mulberry perfectly), and I’ll be figuring out some kind of border to make this blanket a lot bigger.
