the pattern is wonderful - well-written and nice graphics. everything came together exactly as it should! it is incredibly cute.

i only had a few minutes to work on this daily, as it is a surprise gift… so it really doesn’t take this long.

the hardest parts are picking up stitches and knitting the first few rows, especially for the arms and ears.

had to learn a new cast-on, short rows, and kitchner stitch. no longer scared of those anymore!

the yarn will get lovely and felty - actually the cast-on is already a little nubby because i did it over and over until i got it right. should have cut off the first bit of yarn and used a newer section. but i like the fuzz in general, which obscures the individual stitches. plus, since it is quite felty, the stitching doesn´t have to be so tight to keep the filling in…

i added a little tail too.
