This knit quickly and is a neat pattern. It seems a little loose on my 23” head so I’m afraid it’ll be too big for the recipient. The ribbing is pretty stretchy, so hopefully it’ll be alright.

I added a row to each color stripe (and the ribbing pattern) so the solid color stockinette at the top is only 1” before decreases start.

I knit 6” before decreasing which is almost perfect. For my head, I could have used maybe 1 or 2 more rows.
