Facial features:

12mm eyes (if i made another one I would use a bigger eye).

I crocheted a chain of 10 stitches and sewed them on the doll for the eyebrows.

I outlined the eyes with 1 long stitch above and below the eye. I tacked these stitches down so they would not move.

I made 2 straight stitches to make the nose and mouth and then used 3 straight stitches between the brows to accent the forehead.

I pinched 2 columns above his nose and stitched them together to make a bridge to his nose.

To color the inside of the ears I used a pink highlighter as suggested and then toned down the brightness by brushing on blusher.
