This was my first lace pattern and my first project using a purchased pattern. ;)
I love the geometric pattern with the yarn color!

The charts in the pattern were easy to follow. I colored the stitches in different colors for easier readability.
The cotton yarn was nice to knit.

It required more focus for knitting the lace chart in comparison to knitting stockinette or simple knit / purl patterns, of course.

Final measurements
total number of rows: 420 rows
number of stitches: 5 to 78 stitches
length: 132cm
width: 34cm
weight: 171g
measurements: 13cm long, 34cm deep, the ends measure 2-3cm
The scarf got a little bit smaller from washing it.

Statistics
I knitted on the scarf on 24 days.
I spend approx. 57 hours with knitting.
That would be 7 days working 8 hours a day and 5 days per week.

Pattern modifications
According to the pattern, the following sections would be knitted:

• setup section 1x
• increase section 3x
• (middle of scarf)
• decrease section 3x
• end section 1x

At the intended middle of the scarf, my scarf had the desired width of approx. 40cm, but would be only 80cm long instead of the intended 1,20m. Therefore I modified the increase and decrease charts to follow the patten, but not change the number of stitches.

I knitted the following sections:

• setup section 1x
• increase section 3x
• modified increase section 2x
• (middle of scarf)
• modified decrease section 2x
• decrease section 3x
• end section 1x
