3mm for body
2.5mm for smallest needle

The lace panel is beautiful and it takes a lot of concentration. It is not a quick knit but worth the effort.

Finished yoke and joined (3 needle bind off).

Picked up stitches at a rate of 3st for every 4 rows.
Adjusted stitch count on following knit row.
Do not have a smaller needle than 2.5mm so used this for neckline.
Decreased 2st on first knit row to compensate for bigger needle.

Tried it on and it fits so far!!

Only the sleeves left.

Pick up 4 extra stitches under arm and decrease 2st on alt rows until stitch count matches pattern.
