then at beginning of every r side row:
k1, p1, yo, k2t, p1, 2st-cable, p1, k to….

8 st before the end of that row:
p1, 2st-cable-opposite of the 1st one, p1, ssk, yo, p1, k1

at 6” close up the yo’s at both front edges with seed st - continue simple cable then

continue til it measures 6.5”

follow buttonhole and reducing instructions -

but pattern shows 10 rows betw 1st and 2nd buttonholes, and only 6 rows between 2nd and 3rd - so i made both intervals 10 rows - and stop when down to 1st.

Bigger than expected - but will fit the babe in a few months.

If I make this again I will knit the raglan all in one piece - then pick up and knit down the sleeves…
