Bottom up:

• CO 76 st k2 p2 for 4 rounds in smaller needle
• p one round
• start stockinette, first round of stockinette yo after every 4th st (between the p2 st of brim)
• change to larger needle
• 16 rounds stockinette
• one row purl
• k 3 rounds, the 3rd round pick up back loop of corresponding row below on other side of the purl row to make a “folded” edge.
• start decreasing at 5 places, every 19 st (every other row k) which makes the 5 points - 5 times
• then k 2 rounds, decrease 1 round - thrice
• gather remaining top stitch and finish
