Same as edited frost flower made for dottieknitter but added the hot pink fur pompom from knitpicks -

Then picked up st the row above triangles - k 3 rows with Perl side facing toward brim - then cast off (loose: knit 1, yo, k1, pass 1st st and yo over 2nd st.)

Then picked up st above the yo row at the brim, k 1 row, co 2nd row (loose as above).
