Cast on 100 stitches and knit about 1.5 inches in K2P2 rib then two rows of stocking stitch before starting graph. Used a pixelated image of R2D2 found on google images, which I can’t find at the moment, but there are plenty of them out there, with two stitches between each repeat. Did the deceases in the manner of Jared Flood’s Turn-A-Square hat It was hard work, especially the rows when you are carrying 5 colours but it turned out as cute as could be, I just hope it fits.

It ended up being even to small for Sawyer’s three year old sister, probably due to the fact that there absolutely no stretch to it, caused by carrying four colours around. I may try to do another one with just one R2D2 on the front.
